To Biochimica, quality means a tangible and highly functional management model. Since the project was launched 1999, crowned by achieving quality system certification issued by TUV Italy in April 2000, the management has clearly and jointly defined the roles and responsibilities of all employees: this arrangement has structured a quality system useful in managing and organizing the company, and functional to customer expectations in terms of making and upholding promises about the product supplied and corollary services.
To implement its “quality” management model, Biochimica has used and involved all company resources, statistically and objectively identifying the critical points and implementing ongoing improvement plans with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and competitiveness, and finally, of following developments and trends toward new customers and new markets.
Extremely reactive and dynamic management tools also constantly evolve, in the awareness that only commitment and constant attention can bring about the expected benefits.
